At Dalydress, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all Dalydress price tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Choose a convenient time for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or drop it off at your nearest Dalydress retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
